Just went out and picked up Leatherface and Robo. Didn't like the movie remake much but this version of LF is one bad ass chainsaw totin' mo fo! This guy's gotta be up there with some of McF's best. Great detail, excellent paint - and the base is a really nice touch. [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]
Robocop looks really good - and there's a nice variation of metallic color in the paint app. Doesn't have that 'baby blue' tone I was expecting. This was the last one on the shelf and he was pretty busted up. Nothing a little super glue couldn't handle - but I'm glad I ordered another one to keep MOC. RC is getting REALLY hard to find.

Leatherface's base is truly outstanding.

MM7 must have had some really lop sided case packing, tho. They had about 20 Leatherface but no other TCM figs.Originally posted by Dajistano:

Yeah, Robo came with a broken right arm and the right leg fell off after I took him out of the package. Easy to fix but the construction looks to be pretty poor.

Good score Mad! Shame Robo had some issues though...
We get a good run of McFigures at Walmart but I can't hold my breath that MM will be there- I'm eager to check tonight though.

Can you please answer this question, was the blue paint applied by drybrushing, washes or airbrush?
CO - Not sure how the paint was applied. It looks like an undercoat of silver with a blue cast drybrushed on. Don't think I've ever seen a paint app done this way on a McF fig. It's really well done. [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]
